Featured Projects

NCL manages projects of varying complexity and scale. These featured projects reflect the range of work our team takes on across Northern British Columbia.

Nak’azdli’s Tiny Homes for Elders

NCL served as the prime contractor for this five-building residential development. We integrated custom solar arrays and a net-metering system to lower utility costs for residents. The project featured frost wall foundations and high-efficiency wooden structures built to support local housing needs.

Lynn Jackson, Canyon Tree Farms

I met Jess Kilpatrick of Nak’azdli Construction a year ago. In that short time, her and her crew have fixed electrical issues; plumbing issues; they have installed electric boilers and fixed used oil furnaces. There hasn’t been any job that Jess hasn’t been able to successfully complete on time and on budget. She doesn’t stop until everything is exactly right. She ensures that the company stands behind its work and guarantees quality. It is such a wonderful thing for our small town to have a company that has so many competent trades people under one roof. I would not hesitate to recommend Nak’azdli Construction for any plumbing or electrical job.
